Working on this new Sunset Ocean Series made Lori’s soul extremely happy. She relies on my intuition to guide the vision in her mind and brings it to the canvas. It is more than just the right balance of colour and perspective, it is a kind of ‘creative alchemy’ at play, uniting the elements of creation.

In creating this collection, Lori tapped into those feelings of calm and comfort inspired by the sea itself— the way it pulls you in with its soft, hushing sounds, and how the subtle hues come alive amid the great bursts of colour held in the backdrop of a spectacular sunset. It’s a sensation so overwhelming and tangible, that you could almost walk towards its edge and dip your toe right in!
